These terms govern your use of rosalynn.co and jasperhlynn.com and your engagement of services from Rosalynn Company LLC ("Rosalynn," "we," "us"). By using our sites or booking with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the sites.

1. Our services

Rosalynn provides catering, private dining, private chef services, cooking classes, brand activations, and ticketed culinary events. Descriptions, menus, and pricing on this website are provided for general information and are not an offer or a guarantee of availability. Menus are seasonal and change; sample menus shown online illustrate our style and are not a commitment to serve specific dishes.

2. Ticketed events

  • Tickets to public events are sold through Tock. Tock's own terms and refund rules apply to those purchases in addition to these terms.
  • Tickets are generally non-refundable but may be transferable. If you can't attend, contact us and we'll do what we reasonably can.
  • Events may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather, venue issues, staffing, or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel an event outright and cannot reschedule you, we'll offer a credit or refund of the ticket price.
  • Some events take place outdoors on private property with uneven terrain and are not ADA accessible. Accessibility details are noted on the relevant event page — please contact us before booking with any access questions.
  • We may refuse entry or ask a guest to leave for conduct that endangers or unreasonably disrupts others.

3. Private events, catering, and classes

  • Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated in the proposal.
  • A signed proposal or event agreement, together with a deposit, confirms your booking. Where a signed event agreement exists, its terms control over these general terms if they conflict.
  • Deposits, payment schedules, final guest counts, cancellation windows, staffing, rentals, and travel are set out in your individual agreement.
  • Final guest counts and menu changes are due by the date stated in your agreement. Changes after that date may not be possible or may incur additional cost.
  • Pricing shown on this site is a starting point. Final pricing depends on menu, guest count, format, staffing, and location.
  • Our kitchen team is in-house. Service staff are contracted through vetted partners. Our bar team operates independently and we run dry bar service, meaning alcohol is supplied on the client side unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Allergens and dietary needs

Please tell us about allergies and dietary restrictions during planning so we can design the menu around them. We take this seriously and accommodate wherever we can.

However, our food is prepared in kitchens and event spaces that handle nuts, shellfish, fish, eggs, dairy, soy, sesame, wheat, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any dish is entirely free of any allergen, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies should make their own final judgment about what they eat.

5. Email and text messages

If you join our email list, you'll receive occasional marketing emails and can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

If you provide a mobile number and expressly consent, you may receive recurring promotional and informational text messages from Rosalynn, including event announcements, ticket releases, reservation reminders, and booking updates. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this information.

6. Content and intellectual property

All content on these sites — including recipes, written material, menus, photographs, video, the Rosalynn name and marks, and the site design — is owned by Rosalynn Company LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may cook our recipes for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, redistribute, sell, or use our recipes, text, or photographs commercially, or reproduce them on another website or in any publication, without our written permission.

Some recipes and materials are available only to members. Sharing member-only content or credentials outside your household is not permitted and may result in access being revoked.

7. Your submissions

If you send us questionnaires, preferences, photos, or other material, you confirm you have the right to share it and you grant us permission to use it as needed to plan and deliver your event. We may photograph or film our events for portfolio and promotional use; if you'd prefer not to appear, tell us in advance and we'll accommodate you.

8. Third-party services and links

Our sites link to third parties, including Tock, Instagram, and partner websites. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or practices.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rosalynn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the sites or our services. Our total liability arising from any event or engagement will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for that event or engagement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rosalynn Company LLC and its team from claims arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the sites, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Force majeure

We're not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including fire, flood, extreme weather, power failure, labor disputes, public health orders, government action, or venue closure.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact us first — most things are solved with a phone call.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the sites after changes means you accept the revised terms.
