Text Updates

Rosalynn VIP is an optional text message programme from Rosalynn Company LLC. You only receive texts if you gave us your mobile number and ticked the consent box yourself. Consent is never a condition of any purchase or booking.

Programme name: Rosalynn VIP
What you receive: Event announcements, ticket releases for our supper clubs and guest chef dinners, reservation reminders, and booking updates.
How often: Message frequency varies with what we have on. In practice this is a few messages a month, and more in a busy season.
Cost: We do not charge for the messages. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
To stop: Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will get one confirmation, and nothing after that.

Carriers: Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your number

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your consent to text with anyone for their own promotional or marketing purposes. Your number is used to run this programme and nothing else.

We use a messaging provider to send these texts on our behalf, which means the provider processes your number in order to deliver the message. That is the only sharing that happens, and it is not for their marketing.

Joining and leaving

You join by entering your mobile number on one of our sign-up forms and ticking the consent box. The box is never pre-ticked.

You can leave at any time by replying STOP. Leaving the text programme does not unsubscribe you from our emails, and unsubscribing from email does not stop the texts — the two are separate, and you can be on either, both, or neither.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continuing in the programme after a change means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be sent to you by text first.
