Hands-On Cooking Classes
A private class with the chefs behind Rosalynn’s supper club. Aprons on, knives out, glass in hand — you cook, we guide, and everyone sits down together to eat what you made.
The Experience
The chefs teaching your class are the same ones behind Rosalynn’s dinners — the supper club featured in the LA Times, on KTLA 5, and on Netflix. The setting is our Arts District studio; the mood is a dinner party that happens to start in the kitchen.
Every class is private and built around your group — friends, family, or your team. Tell us who’s coming and what you want to learn, and we’ll shape the night around it.

Your Menu, Your Skills
Some groups want the fundamentals — knife work, heat, seasoning, how a dish comes together. Others want to spend the whole evening on one thing done properly: breaking down a fish, cooking over fire, finishing a sauce. Tell us where you are, and we’ll meet you there.

Multi-Week Series
For groups who want more than one night, we design a curriculum across several weeks — one evening at a time, each session building on the last. By the end, you’re not following recipes. You’re cooking.
What You Can Learn
Foundations
Knife skills, heat control, and seasoning by taste — the habits that quietly run every great kitchen.
From the Sea
Break down a whole fish, sear scallops without fear, and finish shellfish in a sauce worth mopping up.
Fire
Live-fire and cast-iron technique: the sear, the rest, and the confidence to cook a beautiful cut without second-guessing it.
Next Level
Mother sauces, restaurant plating, and the small decisions that separate a good dish from one people talk about.
Ongoing
A private curriculum across several weeks, designed around your group and built to compound.

Pricing & Availability
Every class is private and fully customized, so final pricing depends on your group size, menu focus, and format — a single evening or a multi-week series.
Classes are hosted Monday through Thursday evenings at our Arts District studio, which seats up to 8 guests. Prefer a larger group or a different setting? We can come to your home or host at another venue for a fee. Weekend dates are available on request.
Classes run approximately two and a half hours and include all ingredients and the full meal you cook together.
