Guests cooking together at a Rosalynn hands-on cooking class in Los Angeles

Hands-On Cooking Classes

Cook alongside our chefs.

A private class with the chefs behind Rosalynn’s supper club. Aprons on, knives out, glass in hand — you cook, we guide, and everyone sits down together to eat what you made.

The Experience

The chefs teaching your class are the same ones behind Rosalynn’s dinners — the supper club featured in the LA Times, on KTLA 5, and on Netflix. The setting is our Arts District studio; the mood is a dinner party that happens to start in the kitchen.

Every class is private and built around your group — friends, family, or your team. Tell us who’s coming and what you want to learn, and we’ll shape the night around it.

Your Menu, Your Skills

Learn what you actually want to cook

Some groups want the fundamentals — knife work, heat, seasoning, how a dish comes together. Others want to spend the whole evening on one thing done properly: breaking down a fish, cooking over fire, finishing a sauce. Tell us where you are, and we’ll meet you there.

Multi-Week Series

Build your skills, week by week

For groups who want more than one night, we design a curriculum across several weeks — one evening at a time, each session building on the last. By the end, you’re not following recipes. You’re cooking.
