A second night of our live four-chef competition at Maison Kasai DTLA — four chefs, two original dishes each, cold and hot, cooked and finished live in front of the room across an 8-course tasting. Knives out, crowd judging, one winner. VIP packages include a welcome cocktail. The 6:00 and 8:30 PM seatings are sold out and the final 7:00 PM seating is nearly gone — last tickets are $145 per guest.

Biite.Club and Rosalynn present an elevated Korean barbecue night at the top of the hill, overlooking the Los Angeles skyline. Sixty guests, one fire, and the best cuts from High Society Meats — Australian Wagyu flank, Denver-cut Zabuton, and Japanese A5 Wagyu — served family-style with seasonal banchan, house-made sauces, and grilled vegetables. Seating is limited to 60, from $145 per guest.
