Rosalynn Experiences creates original culinary worlds where food, music, place, and people are designed together. From live chef competitions and omakase after dark to farm dinners, seafood soirées, pop-ups, and one-night-only collaborations, each experience begins with food but is built around how we want the room to feel. The goal is not simply to serve dinner—it is to create a night people want to stay inside a little longer.

Rosalynn Supper Club enters its next chapter inside the former roasting room of BOXX Coffee. Each edition explores coffee, food, wine, fermentation, place, and process through a new regional, producer, or flavor story.

First editions explore coffee as an ingredient — think castella tiramisu built on Blue Bottle espresso, fermentation experiments, and dishes that begin where the roasting room left off.

Omakase meets the dance floor. Handrolls, sashimi, wine, and DJs collide in a chef’s-choice sushi experience where the courses drop with the music and the room gets louder as the night moves.
