Rosalynn Summer Series — open-fire long-table dinner at Hidden Farm LA above Los Angeles

Rosalynn Summer Series

A dinner series above Los Angeles.

The Rosalynn Summer Series is back. This summer, we’re leaving the dining room behind — a series of open-air dinners at Hidden Farm LA, a hidden urban farm tucked into the hills of Los Angeles with sweeping views toward the Downtown skyline.

Each evening brings together a new guest chef, a one-night-only menu, cooking over live fire, ingredients inspired by the season, and a table full of people who may arrive as strangers — but probably won’t leave that way.

Come early for golden hour. Stay for dinner under the stars.

Limited seats. Each menu happens once.

Some dinners are about the food.
The best ones are about everything else, too.

A few summers ago, Rosalynn moved its kitchen into a Los Angeles urban farm. What started as an experiment became one of our favorite things we’ve ever created: long evenings outside, chefs cooking just feet away from the table, dishes built around the season, wine being passed between new friends, and dinners that never seemed to end when they were supposed to.

After 14 sold-out series, we knew the Summer Series would eventually have to return. This summer, it finally does.

New farm. New view. New chefs. More fire.

Welcome to the next chapter of the Rosalynn Summer Series.

The Experience

Golden hour to after dark.

The night begins while the sun is still above Los Angeles. Arrive at the farm, grab a drink, wander the garden, meet the chefs, and watch the fire being built for dinner.

As the sun begins to fall behind Downtown, the first courses start to arrive. From there, let us take care of you.

Each dinner is a multi-course collaborative menu created by Chef Jasper Lynn, the Rosalynn team, and that evening’s featured guest chef. No two nights will be exactly alike.

Different chefs. Different ingredients. Different menus. One very good reason to spend a summer night outside.

Guest Chefs

A different chef. A different menu.
Every dinner, one night only.

Rosalynn has always believed that the most interesting things happen when chefs are given room to cook outside the boundaries of their restaurants. The Summer Series is our invitation to do exactly that.

Throughout the season, Chef Jasper Lynn and the Rosalynn team will welcome a rotating lineup of guest chefs from across Los Angeles and beyond. For one evening, two culinary worlds collide.

A shared kitchen. A new menu. No restaurant rules.

No permanent menu to protect. Just the freedom to cook something exciting together. The original Summer Series used this one-night collaborative format with rotating guest chefs, including Samantha Tan and Sammi Tarantino.

The Fire

Cooked outside. Over fire.
In the middle of Los Angeles.

There is something different about food cooked outside. The heat is less predictable. The ingredients change. Smoke moves with the wind. A dish evolves while it’s being cooked. That’s part of the point.

The Summer Series kitchen is built around fire, smoke, seasonality and collaboration. You might see vegetables pulled from the garden and placed directly over coals. Seafood kissed by smoke. Meat slowly roasted over fire. A delicate course prepared just feet away from where you’re sitting.

This is not a restaurant moved outdoors. The environment is part of the menu.

The Setting

Welcome to Hidden Farm LA.

Somewhere in the hills above the city is a place you probably didn’t know existed. Hidden Farm LA is an urban farm created around the idea that growing food can also grow community — a place devoted to edible landscapes, shared experiences, and bringing people together around the land.

For the Summer Series, it becomes our restaurant. From the farm, the landscape opens toward the Downtown skyline. As evening arrives, the city begins to light up below while dinner continues above it.

It feels far away. It isn’t.

Your Evening

How the night unfolds

Arrive

Come up to the farm while the sun is still out. Grab a welcome drink. Walk the property. Meet some new people. See what’s cooking.

Sunset

Find your seat as the sky begins to change. The first dishes arrive while Downtown turns golden in the distance.

Dinner

A multi-course menu unfolds throughout the evening, created collaboratively by Rosalynn and that night’s guest chef. Some courses come directly from the fire. Others might be passed around the table. We’re not interested in making dinner feel like a board meeting.

After Dark

Dessert. Another glass. Music. The skyline below. Stay for a while.

What to Expect

Every dinner changes. The spirit doesn’t.

One-night-only menus

Every collaboration is created specifically for that evening.

Guest chefs

A rotating series of chefs bringing their own ideas, techniques, cultures and stories to the Rosalynn table.

Live fire

Cooking happens outdoors and in view of our guests, with fire playing a central role throughout the series.

Intimate seating

This isn’t a festival or a 500-person food event. Seating is intentionally limited so the chefs can actually cook for you.

A real dinner party

Come with friends. Come on a date. Come alone. We’ll handle the introductions.

About Rosalynn

Not your typical supper club.

Rosalynn is a chef-driven culinary experience company led by Chef Jasper Lynn, creating dinners, collaborations, private events and large-scale culinary experiences throughout Los Angeles and beyond. The brand describes its approach as combining bold Asian and California flavors with high-level culinary technique.

But Rosalynn started with a much simpler idea: great food brings interesting people together. From intimate underground dinners to chef collaborations, warehouse parties, omakase experiences and meals cooked over open fire, we keep coming back to that idea.

The Summer Series is where all of it comes together. Food. Place. Fire. People.

Good to Know

Frequently asked

Where is the dinner?

The Summer Series takes place at Hidden Farm LA in the hills of Los Angeles. Full arrival, parking and access information will be sent to confirmed guests before the event.

What is included?

Each ticket includes the complete multi-course dinner experience. Beverage details can be specified on each individual event page.

Will each dinner have the same menu?

No. Every dinner is its own collaboration between Chef Jasper Lynn, the Rosalynn team and that evening’s featured guest chef.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Please disclose all allergies and dietary restrictions when booking. Because these are collaborative fixed menus, accommodations may vary by dinner and must be confirmed in advance.

What should I wear?

Come looking good, but dress for an outdoor farm setting. Comfortable shoes are strongly recommended. Evenings can become cool after sunset, so bring a layer.

What happens if the weather changes?

Guests will be contacted directly regarding any significant weather-related changes. Event-specific policies will be included during booking.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely. Some of our favorite Rosalynn guests arrived at their first dinner without knowing anyone else at the table. That tends to change quickly.
